Nokia is not a name synonymous with fun, durable, functional maybe, sensible or maybe even conservative are the words that normally spring to mind. The Nokia X6, the flagship of their new X-series, however, should have even the trendiest buyer salivating.
Design and Build :
A hot phone isn't much good if it doesn't look the part, and luckily the Nokia X6 does. Available in a mean black with red accents or a futuristic white with blue accents, the Nokia X cuts a truly stylish shape in the world of Smartphones. Build-quality is typically Nokia, everything is tight and solid, right down to the use of an excellent Carl Zeiss Lens in the five-megapixel camera. Nokia have also claimed that their battery will provide you with up to 36 hours of MP3 playback. You'll likely need it considering the built-in flash storage is a whopping 32GB.
Web Functionality :
The X6 still sees Nokia using the Symbian S60 operating system, but they've added a superb capacitive touchscreen that makes gestural interfacing even easier. Web-browsing is full-featured, including proper Flash support. E-mail and webmail—including Hotmail, Yahoo!, Gmail and more—inboxes can be integrated making communication on the move extremely easy.Ovi-Navigation :
Not content wth just media and web browsing The Nokia X6 features A-GPS navigation using the excellent Nokia Ovi Maps service which makes the phone fairly excellent value.
